We run a skilled sampling team of sixty sample specialists, including pattern makers, tailors and sewists, with extensive experience producing swim and activewear samples.
In the main, customers select the fabrics and colours they like, we can buy the closest color from the market and it takes only 2-3 days to reach us, we can make the developping samples as close as PP samples.
Once we are clear on your requests, a swimwear specialist will be assigned to you. Throughout the entire process, specialist and our sale will answer any questions, either by email, text, or phone call, until the samples are in your hands and approved.
Notes
Once ready to place a bulk PO, our kept samples with your comments on the samples will be followed for bulk, we usually produce one more sample to keep at hand, we will be at same level with you. Just require the sample units you need, we will make one extra to keep at hand for saving time.
If we can get the fabric from market, samples take one to two weeks, depending on the volume of orders we have on hand.
If you need custom print, samples take two to three weeks, depending on the volume of orders we have on hand.
If selecting to take from our in stock samples, it can be sent out next day.
Custom-made Samples are charged at $10 per unit plus a USD 30 management fee per style, all-inclusive to the finished article, and stock accessories, screen or mould charge excluded.
For example:
A Swimwear bottom sample charge is USD $10 sample charge + $30 management fee = $40.00.
Sample prices include high-quality, non-branded accessories, many of which can be branded for your bulk order.
IN STOCK samples are charged at twice the selling price with no management fee.
The choice is yours. If you decide not to sample, you may place an order directly in bulk, saving both time and money in the sampling process. We will offer pre-production sample for free before start bulk production once you place order.

Since your logo will be used across your entire collection to heat-press your brand name, size, and washing instructions onto the back of each item, it is worth handling this before you begin your collection.
Samples are branded using a simple in-house printer to confirm their size and placement. For bulk orders, we import heart presses manufactured overseas on high-quality machines that never flake or crack under normal conditions.

Once you have paid for your samples, on request, we mockup your Collection free of charge, allowing you to see the designs you selected in the right colours & or prints.
To ensure your sample arrives exactly as expected, why not book a live video call where a professional size S fit model comes to our office to try on your entire sample collection with your merchant on hand, taking notes? If any slight adjustments are needed, they will be made before the samples are dispatched.
Cost – USD 100 for 30 minutes.
We create patterns using state-of-the-art 2D AutoCAD digital software, providing much more accuracy than traditional paper patterns allowing us to make incremental changes and grade up or down on requests almost instantly.
We suggest checking our size guide to ensure our specs and grades fit the market you’re selling to. If you skip this step and your samples arrive too large or small, you will be charged for remakes.
International Body Size Guide
In almost all cases, if your samples arrive and are obviously different from the handover, we remakes are free.
Samples are dispatched via FedEx or DHL. They arrive daily at our office, picking up and dropping off packages.
